Which parts of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Greater Waikato do you deliver to?
Right now, we deliver FreshBox to Auckland Metro and most Outer Auckland areas. We also deliver to Hamilton, Tauranga, and the Greater Waikato area. At this stage, we do not deliver to rural delivery addresses or outer islands. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, please check using the postcode field at checkout.
Do you deliver outside of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and the Greater Waikato?
Not yet – but we have big plans to grow! So keep an eye out for updates – or join our mailing list to be the first to know when we start delivering in your area.
Can I customise my FreshBox?
At this stage, the Ultimate Burger Box is pre-packed to ensure you get the best value. We’ve carefully selected every item to make sure you have everything you need for the perfect burger night. So you can’t currently customise your FreshBox, but that may be something we look at in the future.
What's included in the FreshBox?
Every FreshBox is packed with premium burger-night essentials. Do I need to be at home to receive my box?
No, you don’t need to be home, but we recommend arranging delivery for a time when you can refrigerate or freeze perishable items promptly. Your box will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to help keep it cool until you arrive.
By ordering a FreshBox you are giving authority to leave so please ensure you provide clear delivery instructions.
What if I have food allergies?
Please check the ingredients list on each product before consuming. If you have severe allergies, be aware that items are packed together and may have been in contact with allergens. FreshBox cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions, and it is your responsibility to review all product information before consuming.
How long does the food stay fresh?
Your Ultimate Burger Box is packed under food-safe conditions in partnership with Paddock to Pantry – chilled and frozen items are kept at the proper temperatures for freshness upon delivery. Once it arrives, please store all perishable products in your fridge or freezer immediately, and check the use-by or best-before dates on each item. Shelf-stable products can be kept in a cool, dry place.
When is the FreshBox shipped?
The first 1300 FreshBoxes will be shipped during the week of Father’s Day – between 1st–7th September. We will ship another 350 FreshBoxes between 8th–14th September and the final 350 between 15th–21st September. We’ll notify you by email and/or text closer to your delivery time so you know exactly when it’s on its way!
Can I order multiple boxes?
You can order a maximum of two boxes but this must be done in two separate transactions. You can ship your second FreshBox to a different delivery address – it’s perfect as a gift!
Can I send a FreshBox as a gift?
Yes! You can enter a different shipping address at checkout and, if desired, use the recipient’s email address and contact phone number so they’ll be contacted by the courier when it’s on the way. This is a great gift for someone who really deserves a win.
Is there a subscription option?
Not at this stage. The Ultimate Burger Box is a one-off purchase. We’ve got other experience boxes coming soon. If you’d like to know when we launch our next FreshBox you can join our mailing list for updates.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Your box arrives in food-safe insulated packaging designed to keep perishables cold. Most components – like cardboard boxes and cooling materials are recyclable. Please check with your local council for recycling guidelines.
How far in advance can I order?
You can place your order now and until they sell out.

What if something is missing or damaged in my box?
If your FreshBox arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact Paddock to Pantry by emailing info@paddocktopantry.co.nz or calling 09 291 9364 within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply photos of the issue. They’ll work quickly to put it right – whether that means sending a replacement, providing a substitute item, or issuing a credit.
Can I pause or reschedule my delivery?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact the Paddock to Pantry customer service team as soon as possible by emailing info@paddocktopantry.co.nz or calling 09 291 9364.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact the Paddock to Pantry customer service team promptly by emailing info@paddocktopantry.co.nz or calling 09 291 9364 to update your details. Once your box has left the warehouse the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely – once your box is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS so you can keep an eye on its journey.
